Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) sets rules for commercial electronic messages sent to people in Canada. IT Business Digest applies the same rules to every subscriber, wherever they are.

How we follow CASL

We only send newsletters to people who signed up for them with an unticked opt-in box. Our sign-up forms say what you are signing up for. Every email names IT Business Digest as the sender, includes our contact details, and has an unsubscribe link that takes effect right away. We keep a record of when and how each subscriber signed up, and of every unsubscribe request.
