We won't treat you differently for using these rights.

Sale and sharing

We do not sell newsletter subscriber details or contact information. Analytics cookies on the site may count as "sharing" under California law. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser, by using a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or by emailing us.

How to make a request

Email privacy@itbusinessdigest.com with "California privacy request" in the subject line and tell us what you are asking for. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We respond within 45 days, and may extend that once by another 45 days if needed, with notice.
