Who is responsible for your data

VPROSPKTCO ANALYTICS Pvt. Ltd., publisher of IT Business Digest, is the controller of the personal data described in our privacy policy.

• your consent, when you subscribe to a newsletter or accept analytics cookies
• our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the site and answering messages
• legal obligations, when the law requires us to keep or disclose information

You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect processing that happened before.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes in our privacy policy. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
